This video will answer most of your questions and help you to ensure the best application experience.

Each adult resident must fill out their own application.

Read the questions carefully. An incomplete application may stall processing or prevent approval unnecessarily.

If the question does not apply, just enter NA or write in whatever you can to explain in the space given. There is space at the end for comments that you can use for explanations.

Warning, do not withhold information just to avoid providing the information. An incomplete application may be held against you.

Be prepared to submit your “Supporting Documents” with your application or by uploading them later at this link https://countsproperties.com/upload/. If you are unable to submit your documents electronically, you can schedule a meeting to hand deliver them. 

Supporting documents are as follows:

  • Last 2 months of bank statements for all accounts
  • Last 2 paystubs
  • Photo ID
  • 2nd form of ID (SSN, passport, birth certificate, student ID, etc.)
  • Your Credit Karma report. By you submitting this, it saves you money on application processing fees. Credit Karma Instructions
