You can use our applications, or we can help you to develop your own. No generic templates! Know who your tenants are and how to pursue them if you need to chase a debt!

Investing
Get in on the investments yourself! We offer various levels of investment opportunities for you to consider.
Partner Level
You secure the financing, Counts Properties provides the Landlord services, we split the costs, and we both have an equal share in the cash flow as well as the equity of the property. The property will be jointly owned.
You can use cash instead of financing to make a capital contribution and become a partner level investor. We simply share all costs, assets and equity and hold everything jointly.
Investor Level
I secure the financing, we split all the costs, and you get an equal share in the cash flow, but do not own any equity. You will not be an equity owner, but you can access a cash flow payout in proportion to your contribution based on its percentage of the total upfront costs of the investment.
Fix & Flips or Rentals
You can invest in either investment scenario. With Fix & Flips, you need more cash to get an exciting payout because the up front costs are higher, but the payouts come faster and are larger.
With long term rentals, you avoid the major remodeling costs, and get regular payments over a duration of time. This means more money over the life of the investment, paid out regularly, but in smaller increments.
