CJ’s philosophy on business is that every deal should be one that both parties benefit from. CJ wants all of the business he does to improve the lives of everybody he works with. Be them vendors, clients, customers, tenants, employees, or anybody else in proximity to him. CJ likes to use his business platform as an opportunity to invest in the well being of others.

This does not mean that his businesses are run like a charitable organization. While CJ has launched, directed, and managed a number of non-profit organizations, his businesses do exist for the bottom line. However the way CJ does business is different from the average business man in that CJ puts people over profits wherever is practical for the business.
